Designs consisting of complete floor plans for new residential homes and some commercial buildings. Using a panelized light gauge (16-18) steel walls, floor systems and trusses, all welded before shipped to site for erection. Multiple floor buildings of commercial (4 floors), residential (3 story). All site plans were in accordance with S.F.B.C., S.B.C.C., & S.G.B.C.
